Plan Questions

Can I switch between HDCP and HDHP?

Yes, during annual open enrollment periods, the same as any ACA plan. Qualifying life events (marriage, new dependent, loss of other coverage) also allow mid-year changes.

Are these available on Healthcare.gov?

Source Health Insurance plans will be available both on and off the marketplace, depending on state regulatory requirements. On-marketplace plans are eligible for Advanced Premium Tax Credits.

Do ACA subsidies apply?

If purchased through the marketplace, eligible individuals may qualify for Advanced Premium Tax Credits based on income. Contact us or check Healthcare.gov for subsidy eligibility. Founding Members will receive guidance during enrollment.

What about dental and vision?

Pediatric dental and vision are included as required by the ACA. Adult dental and vision are available as supplemental coverage options.
